Bonfim Residence is a 3 storeys cottage with two common areas (living-room and kitchen), a garden and 14 single bedrooms. It is a coed residence and it is located near the subway station Campo 24 de Agosto, and 10 minutes away from Campanhã train station.

The rooms were designed for students who look for cosy, peaceful and organised accommodation.
